A science fiction horror story about the buying and selling of race in America, the simultaneous worship and degradation of African Americans in popular culture, and the bloody terror of boundaries being torn down.

The Time After is a book comprised mostly of photography, with several short essays interspersed. It discusses climate change and human interactions with nature, and uses multiple exposure photography to show somewhat distorted images.

A collection of drawings done by Matt Volla, some of which he has assigned to various categories such as "sexual," "warring," "spitting" and "machines." Music exerts a strong influence on his work, according to Berin Golonu, the Associate Curator of Visual Art at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.

"We invited Chicago graffiti artists to consider various architectural spaces, and ask themselves, 'What would you do here?' A careful edit from my portraits of residential, commercial, hospitality corporate and street scenes provide the canvass for the response. The end result is a compilation that delves a bit deeper into questions about graffiti's place in the world at large.
