Abstract: "The (Con) Temporary Art Chicago Guide is a map of Chicago, showcasing some of the city's best cultural offerings during the spring art season. The territory includes prominent art institutes and initiatives, several annual art festivals and fairs, independent art spaces and other culturally significant projects. We created the guide to help us experience the city as a space for contemporary art, to reflect on the need for and vulnerability of these cultural presentations, and to celebrate art: day and night, inside and outside, high and low."

Abstract: Catalog of an exhibition of the sculpture of Chicago artist Bernard Williams at the Hyde Park Art Center in 2005. "For the first time, Williams has created a series of sculptures and drawings that reconfigure well-known architectural embellishments into freestanding sculptures in-the-round. These careful arrangements of organic patterns and bold lines salvaged from local buildings are totems of American cultural heritage." Includes curriculum vitae.

Abstract: "Around the world the name "Chicago" conjures up images of the Roaring Twenties, speakeasies, cops and robbers, and "Scarface" Al Capone. In Mystery Reader's Walking Guide: Chicago, author Alzina Stone Dale brings all of this-and more-to life in 10 walking tours of Chicago's neighborhoods, as described in the works of Sara Paretsky, Craig Rice, and more than 70 other mystery writers Each Walk is accompanied by an easy-to-follow map of your route, as well as recommended restaurants and places of interest along the way, presented in a style that is evocative of the great writers, books and sleuths identified with the Windy City."
