The Transformative Justice Teach-In Zine is meant to accompany the Transforming the Roots workshop. It contains advice for various minorities and poor people, and also defines terms and profiles Leslie Feinberg, Sylvia Rivera, Marsha P . Johnson and Audre Lorde.

The Voice is a quarterly journal devoted to documenting historic buildings in need of preservation. This issue discusses several buildings designed by Andrew Sullivan, as well as other buildings in Chicago.

This is part of a counter PR campaign against the Chicago Housing Authority CHAnge campaign. It is intended to bring to light the negative aspects of actions by the Chicago Housing Authority.

The Residents' Journal describes itself as "A publication by low-income residents in Chicago." Stories in this issue include "New CHA Work Rule Questioned," "Are CPD Contact Cards Constitutional?," "Harold Ikes News," and "Urban Youth International Journalism Program."

Booklet produced in the Summer 2003 photojournalism workshop held by the East Village Youth Program in partnership with Young Chicago Authors. Includes neighbor interviews, photographs, a book review, and an interview with a professional photojournalist.

Keep Strong was a monthly magazine dealing with political issues across Chicago and the globe.

"In These Times" is a magazine dedicated to exploring the social justice, political issues, and current events that the United States faces these days. Published in Chicago, the magazine's articles are written by staff, that explore issues facing all U.S. citizens. In this issue, genetically engineered food, Honduras, indigenous land, environmentalism, poaching, elk, Northern Ireland, Battle in Seattle, World Trade Organization, anarchists are all discussed in this issue.
