Catalog for an exhibition of works by German-born painter Paul Kelpe at the Valerie Carberry Gallery, Sept. 8-Oct. 27, 2007. Kelpe, devoted to geometric abstract painting, was resident in Chicago during 1925-26 and 1931-35. The seventeen works in the exhibition are mainly oil and watercolor.
